Does Gift Rocket work with WooCommerce Cart & Checkout Blocks?
Yes! The free plugin fully supports WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks — apply gift card codes, edit in cart, and redeem. Checkout editing requires Pro + valid license.
How do I enable Apple Wallet / Google Wallet passes?
You need an ePasscard account (epasscard.com) and API key. Enter the key in Gift Rocket → Settings → Google/Apple Wallet, map a pass template, and passes will be generated automatically after purchase.
Why is checkout edit not showing?
Checkout editing is a Pro feature. Install Gift Rocket Pro, activate license under Gift Rocket → Pro license, then enable "Allow editing at checkout" in Settings → General. Clear cache and refresh checkout.
Can I import gift cards in bulk?
Free version allows CSV import up to 500 rows. Pro license unlocks up to 5,000 rows per file, plus expiry reminders and outstanding balance export.
The email with PDF is not sent. What to check?
Make sure scheduled date is correct, WP Cron is working (check with free plugin WP Crontrol). Verify email settings under Gift Rocket → Settings → Email delivery. Also check spam folder.
Does the AI assistant work out of the box?
AI requires Pro license and your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or OpenRouter). Configure under Gift Rocket → AI, set credits and rate limits. Then enable storefront AI if needed.
