7.2 Cancelled Orders and Sync Orders

If an order paid with a gift card is cancelled or voided, the amount spent goes back on the card.

How It Works

• When SureCart marks an order as cancelled or void, GiftRocket restores the amount the gift card paid.
• GiftRocket also checks for cancelled orders each time you open the GiftRocket dashboard.

How to Sync Manually

1. Go to GiftRocket → Dashboard.
2. Click Sync Orders.
3. When the sync finishes, the page reloads with updated balances.

Note: Use Sync Orders if you cancelled orders while your site was offline, or if a balance looks out of date.
